Review usage of MIT licence; Consider use of OGL v3.0

In Open Source Contribution Policy - Section Licensing, it mentions that all open source software must be accompanied with a MIT licence file.

Our open source repositories must be licensed with a standard MIT open source license as per Appendix A.

In review, shouldn't this be updated to use the OGL?
