Release TypeType Android 1.6.1

Context

This PR promotes TypeType Android 1.6.1 from dev to main.

It contains the corrective seek coalescing fix validated in the 1.7.0-beta.5 channel, plus the stable version bump and release note.

The application remains in beta.

Playback

• Keep the first seek immediate while coalescing rapid repeated seek requests.
• Cancel obsolete SABR window loads and apply only the final requested position.
• Prevent rapid scrubbing from advancing through several pending seek generations.

Validation

• Full Android unit-test, lint, baseline-profile and debug/release build matrix completed successfully.
• The corrective path was validated in the 1.7.0-beta.5 channel after rapid repeated seeks.
