This package-only JSONInspection experiment constructs a deterministic directed simple graph from two explicit physical array locations and exact direct-member string IDs. Typed missing/null/type/duplicate/dangling refusals, source-ordered adjacency and bounded complete-reachable BFS use the original Navigation ledger and one source handoff. No new JSON model, path grammar, dependency or NAV10 dependency is introduced.
All graph declarations stay package-only. Actual compiler graphs preserve every1172existing public declaration, Navigation56 and Inspection95; product/dependency graph is unchanged. The NAV11 GraphADR, APICandidate and SourceAuthority records state finite defaults, exact precedence, resource costs and the later public-review boundary.

All32G-cases and27independent graph fixtures are evaluated, with depth/width/exact-quota/cancellation/lifecycle/concurrency proofs and genuine Debug/Release ownership/private-boundary codegen.

Failed/superseded attempts and fixes remain in the local manifest-backed return: profile-key admission, checked diagnostic ownership, meaningful payload assertions, WASI fixture lookup/portable overflow and storage/tooling failures. Controlled performance G4 remains HOLD, zero accepted samples; no speed/RSS claim. This PR stays draft. No public graph promotion, merge, tag or release is authorized. Sibling trains and protections are preserved.
