Support Timeline panel

Semantic diff viewer doesn't work with the standard Timeline panel. With default vscode diff viewer I can click through the timeline changes while looking at the diffs, but the timeline panel doesn't render with semantic diff.

Render the timeline entries for the diffed file when using semantic diff.

I came here to create this exact issue!

I had to disable SemanticDiff as the default diff viewer in VS Code because it breaks timeline view.
