Stage & Revert Block

Add a way to either stage or revert a diff block, like the icons in between revisions in the default diff viewer allow you too

Not sure if that's possible with how Semantic Diff works but want to ask anyways

Default VSCode diff viewer example:

+ stages and → reverts
