UI design for squarelet canvas

Based on our last discussion, I drafted an UI design for the squarelet main canvas, the new elements are

• Status indicator (to indicate and change the current sharing status)
• Board name menu (to change board options)
• Login/Register // avatar (when logged in)
• information (about squarelet, shortcuts etc)
• "add button" - to add a new square
