Aiven free tier tem max_connections baixo. Várias tentativas de deploy com falha empilharam conexões do HikariCP até esgotar o limite. Adiciona
spring.datasource.hikari.maximum-pool-size, controlável por env var, default 10 (mesmo padrão de sempre) mas configurado pra 4 em qa.
