feat: add ore fortune stat and update Goblin pet abilities

This pull request fixes #2323.

Changes to pet stats and abilities:

• Added ore_fortune to the list of stats.
• Updated the Goblin pet's stats to include magic_find and ore_fortune.
• Modified the Goblin pet's first and second abilities for the updated version.
