Add temporary roles for new member setup

Adds temporary roles to help identify new members who still need to complete their Discord setup.

• New members receive the "Pseudo à modifier" role.
• New members receive the "Rôle à sélectionner" role.
• "Rôle à sélectionner" is automatically removed when the member selects a year role (B1, B2 or B3).
• "Pseudo à modifier" is automatically removed when the member changes their display name to a format containing at least two words.
