MARKER no longer has its own sign-up and links here with ?from=marker. When that flag is present and NEXT_PUBLIC_MARKER_URL is set, a successful sign-up goes to MARKER's login instead of the thanks page. The destination host comes only from the env var, and the optional next path is validated, so this is not an open redirect. Ordinary STAPLE sign-ups are unchanged.
