See Full SPARQL for prebuilt questions - #62

The executor now records every query it sends (step, endpoint, slice, error if it failed), and the cached result carries that list. Prebuilt questions get a "See Full SPARQL" chip at the bottom left of the map that opens each query in a copyable code block, on success and failure. WIRE_VERSION is bumped to w2 so older cached entries, which have no queries, are skipped. Re-warm the cache after deploying. Adds Vitest and npm test, with a round-trip test for the wire format.
Lifted off the corner with a border, shadow and code icon, at the same text size as the saved-results notice, so it reads as a control rather than map credits.
