Summary
Two dependency scanning findings on publish.yml: actions/download-artifact@v4 and pypa/gh-action-pypi-publish@release/v1 float to whatever those tags point at, and the advisories (GHSA-cxww-7g56-2vh6 for download-artifact, GHSA-vxmw-7h4f-hqxh for pypi-publish) are only cleared once the workflow is on a fixed, patched version. Both actions are now pinned by commit SHA, with the version as a trailing comment.
Changes
Both SHAs were checked against the upstream tags: d3f86a1 is what v4.3.0 and v4 currently resolve to, dc37677 is what v1.14.2 and release/v1 currently resolve to. So this pins the versions already in use today rather than moving them.
Testing
Workflow file only; YAML parses. Runs on the next publish.
