About Me

I'm an Economic Informatics student at Transilvania University of Brasov (BSc, thesis defense scheduled Feb. 2027), aiming for an entry-level IT Support / Help Desk (L1) role. I've interned at ValidSoftware, where I built workflow automations with n8n and helped deploy an AI service in Docker containers. I like building full-stack tools: a help desk ticketing system, a PC compatibility checker for my thesis, and a bilingual (EN/RO) IT support knowledge base with CI/CD auto-deploy. I'm comfortable owning a problem from troubleshooting to deployment.

  • Currently learning: CompTIA A+
  • Looking for: entry-level Technical Support Specialist / IT Help Desk (L1) roles, remote or hybrid
