Missing wifiConfApp

I just installed on Raspberry Python 3.9. Install looks good, but it is missing wifiConfApp

You do not have to run the file you mention.
Once installed, you run

sudo wifiConfig start

By default it will create a hotspot called "MyAccessPoint", with password "1234567890" and the flash app running at http://192.168.0:8080 You can change this with the parameters of the constructor.

Doesn't that assume you will be using the command line version? If I want to include your code in my own app, I would have to run something like what I was trying to do, which is the example you give.

Sorry, but I lacked context of what you wanted to do, and I gave you a quick solution, just like your question.
If what you want to implement in your code, first of all, have you tested if the example provided works?

import wifiConfig
access_point_config = {"wlan":'wlan0', "inet":None, "ip":'192.168.0.1', "netmask":'255.255.255.0', "ssid":'MyAccessPoint', "password":'1234567890'}
flask_app_config = {"host":"0.0.0.0", "port":"8080"}

That is exactly the file I ran. I gave me all the errors. There is a problem in how you have the install set up as changing

myWifiConfig = wifiConfig.WifiConfApp(access_point_config, flask_app_config)

to

myWifiConfig = wifiConfig.main.WifiConfApp(access_point_config, flask_app_config)

works. Also,

myWifiConf.start()

should be

myWifiConfig.start()
