Consistent naming of package/reference across repos #214

Problem with dependabot detecting new updates for some packages due to inconsistent casing.

Packages that needs updated packageid in project file:

• PCAxis.Core -> Already changed packageid to PCAxis.Core
• PCAxis.Query -> Packageid need to be changed to PCAxis.Query
• PCAxis.Sql -> Packageid need to be changed to PCAxis.Sql

Packagereference that need to be updated:

• Core for Px.Abstractions in PxWebApi repo
• Core in PCAxis.Query repo
• Sql in PxWebApi repo

Outside PxWebApi:

• All three in PxApiConverter repo fixed by Update references PxApiConverter.csproj PxApiConverter#15
• All trhe in sq-migrate repo fixed by Update references sq-migrate.csproj sq-migrate#7
• Query in PXWeb.SavedQuery.MsSql repo fixed by Adjust casing in PXWeb.SavedQuery.MsSql.csproj PXWeb.SavedQuery.MsSql#107
• Query in PXWeb.SavedQuery.Oracle repo fixed by Update PXWeb.SavedQuery.Oracle.csproj casing of PCAxis.Core PXWeb.SavedQuery.Oracle#110

Create new releases:

• PCAxis.Core
• PCAxis.Query
• PCAxis.Sql

dependabot exclude

Add dependabot exclude for PCAxis.{packageName} for packages that need to be updated now.
