fix(web): TV logos, sports source clarity and Cloud build configuration

Changes

• Prefer exact regional directory logos, retain provider fallback, and constrain square artwork inside channel rows.
• Distinguish EPG guide matches from possible sports broadcasts and improve competition-name readability.
• Make the idle mini-player preview an explicit Play control.
• Prevent Netlify masked environment values from overriding the public Cloud key during CI builds; reject invalid production configuration.

Verification

• Full web regression suite passed (561 tests), plus the new production build guard test.
• TypeScript passed.
• Browser: square logos measured 52px within 72px rows; NPO and TNT directory replacements loaded.
• Browser: CC0 sample decoded at 960x540, expanded and returned to dock with one video element.
• Real-provider playback verification follows production configuration repair.
