The modrinth button on https://polyfrost.org/mods uses the link-external icon, which often implies that it will open in a new tab on left click. I thought it was more of a standard than it is, but is still a bit confusing, and I see no reason why it shouldn't be the modrinth icon considering you're using the github icon right next to it.
