In one sentence: this is an "app that makes apps," and it is itself just a folder.
The folder in front of you is a TINA (There Is No App) application: no installer, no interface, no server. Its "program" is human-readable text, and its "runtime" is the AI coding assistant at your fingertips (Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or any conversational agent that can read and write files).
What does it do? If you are an expert in some domain — you make Minecraft mods, know visa paperwork inside out, or are great at teaching baking — Meta TINA will talk with you and turn your experience into a new TINA app, so that people with no technical background can benefit from your expertise with an AI at their side. You don't need to know how to code; you only need to talk about what you're good at.
How do I start?
- Open this folder with your AI coding assistant;
- Say "start".
It will explain the rest. The whole process is an interview: it asks, you answer, it writes, you review.
Your stuff stays yours. Everything happens inside this folder: your experience, your conversation records, half-finished projects — all stored as plain text on your own computer, never uploaded anywhere. You can open any file at any time to see what's inside — we encourage you to.
It's fine to close it midway. Next time you open it, just say "continue" and it will tell you where you left off.
