Dependency review: safe to merge

• Scope: github.com/rs/zerolog v1.34.0 → v1.35.1 (minor, direct). Only src/go.mod and src/go.sum change; no go/toolchain directive change. The other go.sum changes are stale entries removed by go mod tidy (e.g. go-systemd, godbus, rs/xid); no new modules enter our build.
• How we use it: src/cmd/root.go sets zerolog.TimeFieldFormat = TimeFormatUnix, uses ConsoleWriter{Out: os.Stderr} for --log-format text, and calls SetGlobalLevel. The other src/cmd/*.go files log via github.com/rs/zerolog/log.
• Breaking changes: None that affect us. Upstream adds features (slog handler, DurationFieldFormat, FatalExitFunc, new array/object field helpers) and fixes object pooling, UpdateContext and journald key sanitization. DurationFieldInteger is deprecated (not used here). Upstream's minimum Go version is now 1.23; we're on 1.26.9.
• Verification: The Tests workflow (gofumpt, go vet, golangci-lint, ./common/... tests with -race) passed. Locally: go mod verify, go build ./..., go vet ./... and ./common tests passed. The cmd/e2e tests weren't run because they need an OpsLevel API token.
