Dependency review: safe to merge

• Scope: Single-line change in .github/workflows/tests.yml. New pin 303a32d7… matches upstream tag v7.1.1 (old pin matched v5.5.4). Nit: the trailing comment still says # v5; it should be # v7.1.1 (follow-up, not blocking).
• How we use it: One "Upload Coverage" step with files: ./src/coverage.txt, fail_ci_if_error: false, verbose: true. No token, no use_oidc. Not used in any other workflow.
• Breaking changes: None that affect us.
  • v6.0.0: Node 24 via the action's internal actions/github-script v8. The action is composite and we run on GitHub-hosted ubuntu-latest.
  • v6.0.1: security fix moving inputs.* into env:. No behavior change for us.
  • v7.0.0: CLI signing account renamed to codecovsecops with the same GPG key. The signature check passed in this PR's run.
  • No inputs were removed or renamed between the two SHAs; only a new optional cleanup input (default false).
• Verification: test passed on this PR, and the Upload Coverage step ran on v7.1.1 ("CLI integrity verified"). The upload itself is rejected with "Token required because branch is protected", the same as on main with v5, so it's not a regression; fail_ci_if_error: false hides it. Fixing coverage needs CODECOV_TOKEN or use_oidc: true (with id-token: write), as a separate change.
