Fix dev container tool installs and add gh and tmux - #24

pnpm add -g put the binaries in $PNPM_HOME/bin, which was only added to PATH via remoteEnv. Ona terminals don't apply remoteEnv, so `claude` and `codex` weren't found after post-create. npm install -g puts them in the Node feature's bin directory, which is always on PATH. The repo itself still uses pnpm. Drop the now-unused remoteEnv PATH and PNPM_HOME settings. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
