Reproduction
When a workspace scan reaches its file or byte limit, the warning format string expects three values but receives only the file count and byte count. Formatting the record therefore raises
TypeError: not enough arguments for format string, and the truncation warning is lost.Fix
Remove the unsupported session placeholder while retaining both available scan counts.
