allow customisation of home row mod order

on mac, having os be on the ring finger is pretty annoying.

This document is very well known, it’s also quite old… and Arsenik is opiniated againt it, at least for a few details, as explained in the Selenium page:

« Some well-known keymaps or introductions to home row mods include Shift on the home row. Selenium is very opiniated against it, at least for capitalizing words: the sticky Shift under the thumb is better suited. »

The Arsenik approach implies that:

• the most common modifier is under the middle finger (Ctrl for PC, Cmd for Mac)
• Shift should be a thumb key, not a homerow mod
• no modifier should be under a pinky

True. We need a Selenium-like option to have better positions on macOS hosts.

They can already do so, without much friction. by tweaking the base_lt_hrm.kbd configuration file.

The idea with Arsenik is to provide sane defaults for most users, and an easy-to-tweak configuration for others who want to try something else. Adding too many options tends to defeat both goals.
