원본 예외를 cause로 넘길 수 있어야 SMS 발송 실패 같은 하위 계층 오류의 실제 원인을 로그에서 추적할 수 있다.
기존에는 Solapi SDK 예외를 그대로 삼키고 SMS_SEND_FAILED로만 변환해서, 발송 실패 시 서버 로그에서 원인(인증 오류·발신번호 미등록·잔액 부족 등)을 전혀 확인할 수 없었다.

작업 목적
SOLAPI_ENABLED=true 환경에서 SMS 발송이 실패해도 서버 로그에 원인이 전혀 남지 않아 장애 진단이 불가능했다. 실제 Solapi 에러(인증 실패·발신번호 미등록·잔액 부족 등)를 로그로 확인할 수 있게 한다.
