New deep-link landing (sibling of deploy-pack): reads ?packs=a,b,c®istry= &stack=, lets the logged-in user pick a project + environment, then creates each pack as a nomad-pack service and deploys it. Sensitive vars are auto-generated (hex when the pack default is a fixed-length hex token, else a 32-char alphanumeric); non-secret vars keep pack defaults. Reuses the existing nomad.getNomadPack + compose.create + compose.deploy flow — no new server mutation. Per-pack progress + an optional "create only" mode.
