Recommend RFC 8314 implicit-TLS ports (993 imaps, 995 pop3s, 465 submissions) as the primary client configuration, and demote the STARTTLS-based ports (143 imap, 110 pop3, 587 submission) to a legacy-only note. The manual previously listed the STARTTLS ports first without a recommendation. Updates the Italian translation to
match.
