• Upgrade pecbridge to versione 5.4.11 (download binary from Sonicle server with HTTP authentication)

From Changset list 5.4.9:

• fix on transfer error catch also exc while trying to set back to unseen and notify all problems

From Changset list 5.4.10:

• fix when unseen was not reset during a transfer error, consider it as a serious issue: skip hysteresis and send notification immediately

From Changset list 5.4.11:

• fix more serious notification subject when unseen state could not be reset during a transfer error
