docs: make web app launch links task focused

Problem

The NeoGenesisAI organization has no .github profile repository, while the existing public OKF repository already provides a suitable company-owned showcase. Its README did not give visitors a direct way to choose among the current seven web apps.

Change

• Add one Try our web apps section to README.md.
• Keep seven existing live canonical destinations, each carrying the scoped utm_source=github&utm_medium=owned&utm_campaign=web-sbu-20260913 marker.
• Describe each destination through a concrete user job: comparing LLM experiences, getting a playful DaysLeft result, using browser tools, comparing drama taste, taking a side in an argument, comparing product trade-offs, or finding the right app.
• Preserve the surrounding OKF contents, source/license text, and repository metadata.

Validation

• git diff --check: PASS; tracked change remains limited to README.md.
• Seven UTM links and seven launch bullets: PASS; no personal-brand references and no 1000 claim.
• GET readback at 2026-09-13T05:00:45.1066845Z: all seven links HTTP 200 with canonical responses.
• All seven public robots.txt and sitemap.xml endpoints returned HTTP 200. Location counts are recorded in okf-owned-launch-live-link-readback-20260913T0502Z.json.

Release boundary

This PR is draft-only for independent review. No merge, public publication, new account, outreach, traffic generation, or search submission is included.
