In my last PR I did correctly trace that CursorPagination defaults to pk ordering, but I failed to see that the AddOnRunViewSet overrides this ordering to do -created_at. I observed a timeout after the deploy of the last PR and this is why. The index should be based on the ordering that is actually used, which is the one defined in the viewset.
This changes the index to match the ordering in the viewset.
