Fixes the ESLint 10 upgrade without disabling lint rules. Wraps the imported Next.js configurations with the official @eslint/compat adapter, which supplies the rule-context APIs still used by eslint-plugin-react 7.37.5.
Adds a regression check to the lint command: React display-name/JSX-key, hooks, Next script, and TypeScript unused-variable rules must still report violations, and a valid component must pass. The test failed with the original getFilename crash and passed after the adapter.
Local validation: complete web lint, web typecheck, production Next build, dependency audit (zero known vulnerabilities), and diff checks passed. Required GitHub CI remains the merge gate. The compatibility follow-up document records when to remove the development-only adapter.
