Update 18 routine dependencies across the workspace, including Next 16.3.5, React 19.3, the Anthropic SDK, Hono, DOMPurify and developer tooling.
Keep Zod at 4.4.3 throughout the workspace, including transitive MCP and lint dependencies. The original Zod 4.6.5 update was reproduced failing the frozen v0 rejection-issue contract: it adds a navigation.module_id issue to the existing invalid-package diagnostics. Removing that update restores all 47 App Kit tests without weakening assertions or changing validation behavior. Exclude Zod from the Dependabot patch/minor group and document the temporary workspace override for independent compatibility review.
The follow-up plan in docs/superpowers/plans/2026-09-23-dependency-compatibility-followups.md records the exact reproduction and re-entry requirements for Zod and the separately deferred ESLint 10 PR #322.
Validation: frozen install; 47/47 App Kit tests; workspace typecheck; full web lint; workspace production build; pnpm audit with no known vulnerabilities; final diff review. Full API tests, production image/browser smoke, versioned upgrade and CodeQL must pass on the current merge revision before merge.
