Should we add Pfam/InterPro domain/family features? #74

Hi @colin-combe , since we are reworking annotations all together, we're also gonna tackle this one and probably replace SuperFamily by interpro domains in order to have a good link out for domain annotations (superfamily doens't have proper website anymore it seems)
OK, fine by me.
If someone is working on ComplexViewer that's great - don't feel that you need my permission to merge changes into main branch, just go ahead and do it if you want.

Well, I can't answer that question... ;-)
If you do want to include these features they can be retrieved from bioMart. I'd be interested to know of other web services that provide this data (I've looked in the past).
