Add SEO descriptions and metadata across docs pages - #142

These pages had no description in their frontmatter, causing Google to auto-generate poor search snippets. Each description includes brand keywords (Liquid AI, LFM) and accurately summarizes the page content.
Replace generic descriptions (e.g. "llama.cpp is a C++ library") with brand-specific ones (e.g. "Run Liquid AI LFM models locally with llama.cpp") so Google associates these pages with Liquid AI searches.
Add og:site_name and twitter:card meta tags so search engines and social platforms display branded previews when linking to docs pages.

Analytics show "liquid docs" doesn't rank well on Google. The main issues: most pages had no description or generic descriptions with no brand keywords, and no OG metadata existed for social sharing.
