build(deps): refresh bundled dependencies - #169

Update Kurlyk, TimeShield, and log-it-cpp dependencies, pin log-it-cpp to stable v1.0.2, and refresh the Windows curl/OpenSSL snapshots. Canonicalize migrated submodule URLs to the LimiNode organization and adapt the TimeShield include layout.
