VASPFlowForge is a publishable automation toolkit for VASP workflows. It is designed around a common research pattern:
PBE structure relaxation -> HSE06 structure relaxation -> HSE06 DOS calculation
The project focuses on reliable stage-to-stage handoff, including automatic
promotion of converged structures into the next calculation stage. It also keeps
the public example safe by excluding licensed pseudopotential files such as
POTCAR, while documenting how users should provide them locally.
Key ideas:
- one-command batch workflow for multi-stage VASP jobs
- explicit convergence checks before using generated structures
- public STO example inputs without proprietary pseudopotentials
- English-first documentation with Japanese support
- designed for workstation-style Linux execution and adaptable HPC use
usage_kun is a privacy-first macOS menu bar app for keeping Claude Code and Codex usage visible while working.
It is a small native utility rather than a dashboard. It shows 5-hour and 1-week usage windows, can optionally reuse local CLI sign-in state for official usage numbers, and keeps sensitive data local.
Key ideas:
- compact macOS menu bar and pinned desktop usage meter
- Claude Code and Codex usage visibility while coding or writing
- local-first behavior with no telemetry
- read-only official sync when enabled
- packaged app workflow plus source-build instructions
thermal kun is a small native macOS app for keeping CPU temperature and system thermal conditions visible while working.
Its movable square desktop panel shows CPU temperature, thermal state, CPU/GPU usage, and memory, with a temperature history and compact or detailed views. Measurements stay local, and the panel can sit alongside usage_kun.
Key ideas:
- CPU temperature and system thermal-state monitoring at a glance
- draggable, resizable square panel with compact and detailed views
- temperature history, session peak, and dark/light appearance
- local-only, read-only monitoring with no administrator access
- Apple Silicon app download plus source-build instructions
Floating Pet is a small, local-only Android app that brings an animated companion to your home screen. Use the included Mofu sample or import a compatible transparent PNG sprite sheet, then drag and resize your pet.
Tap the pet to open the installed ChatGPT app. The development build includes English and Japanese interfaces, with installation and permission guidance.
Key ideas:
- calm, draggable companion over the detected Android home screen
- original Mofu sample and local custom sprite-sheet import
- adjustable size and a tap shortcut to ChatGPT
- English and Japanese interfaces with a device-language option
- no Internet permission, analytics, or account system
- development APK and source-build instructions
