The onClickOutside callback can now prevent the calendar from closing by calling event.preventDefault(). This is useful when using custom portal-based dropdowns in the calendar header.

Closing: react-datepicker 4.25.0 → 9.1.0 is a major API rewrite, not a drop-in bump. Our wrapper in packages/web/src/components/DatePicker/DatePicker.tsx depends on v4 surfaces (ReactDatePickerProps, CJS default-export unwrap, onClickOutside, portalId, renderCustomHeader, popperClassName).

CI failed immediately on bun install --frozen-lockfile (package.json-only, no bun.lock). Keeping this would need a real DatePicker migration plus lockfile update. Out of scope for this Dependabot PR.
