The local paper APIs were missing from capability discovery, and several malformed-book and numeric-boundary cases were exercised only on one synthetic venue. Add experimental capability entries and a source-linked acceptance/support matrix; exercise both Kalshi and Polymarket US across malformed recordings, exact fill depth, fee-inclusive cash limits, timestamp boundaries and unsupported venues.

Preserves existing imports, capability JSON fields, journal formats and simulation semantics. Novig and international Polymarket remain unsupported by this pipeline. Includes formatting-only repairs to ten existing files required by the tracked-file Black gate.

Validation at e8ff2a5:

  • Full SDK: 504 passed, 8 skipped; 53 additional cases. Ruff, Black over 166 tracked Python files, mypy, docs/example validation and docs typecheck/build passed.
  • Hosted Python 3.10/3.11/3.12 and applicable docs/advisory security checks passed; exact-head Codex review clear.
  • Release-candidate validation https://github.com/IntelIP/Neural/actions/runs/34560910833 passed all six jobs, including source/artifact identity and isolated wheel/sdist installs. Validated artifact: 10184283268.
  • Isolated-wheel demonstration passed both synthetic venues, exact results, immutable history, same-input comparison and cross-venue performance rejection. Standalone wheel SHA-256: 81c6a4519260d8ba32b1edc98466d2b0461b67ebd24f2826e85f02b2ed1024f7.
  • Temporary Vaticor validation checkout at 9928e40d26c0bbc62c7af991fc1ba5fadab0a39c with a validation-only SDK pin to this candidate passed 18 integration tests / 246 assertions and browser save/run/reopen/clone/compare on both venues. Invalid imports preserve drafts; archive reads leave journal bytes unchanged; incompatible comparisons and archive clones reject. This pin is not a committed consumer change. Integration wheel SHA-256: 2802a6db9816c8f56f3d30a81de97692be14617b6a5f1caf4f8d7ef8b42a3765.

Plane: NRCL-107. Acceptance: docs/architecture/local-paper-acceptance.mdx. Local evidence: Neural/validation-artifacts/nrcl-107/release-readiness.md. NRCL-105 remains the separate Vaticor integration PR. Awaiting merge approval; no real-data capture, live orders, deployment or release publication.

@codex review

Please review this SDK candidate for correctness and compatibility, with particular attention to the two-venue boundary cases and accuracy of the capability/acceptance documentation. Local full-suite and isolated-wheel validation passed.
