@codex review Please review this SDK candidate for correctness and compatibility, with particular attention to the two-venue boundary cases and accuracy of the capability/acceptance documentation. Local full-suite and isolated-wheel validation passed. |

The local paper APIs were missing from capability discovery, and several malformed-book and numeric-boundary cases were exercised only on one synthetic venue. Add experimental capability entries and a source-linked acceptance/support matrix; exercise both Kalshi and Polymarket US across malformed recordings, exact fill depth, fee-inclusive cash limits, timestamp boundaries and unsupported venues.
Preserves existing imports, capability JSON fields, journal formats and simulation semantics. Novig and international Polymarket remain unsupported by this pipeline. Includes formatting-only repairs to ten existing files required by the tracked-file Black gate.

Plane: NRCL-107. Acceptance: docs/architecture/local-paper-acceptance.mdx. Local evidence: Neural/validation-artifacts/nrcl-107/release-readiness.md. NRCL-105 remains the separate Vaticor integration PR. Awaiting merge approval; no real-data capture, live orders, deployment or release publication.
