- create_sandbox_key(email): self-serve kyc_sbx_ key (KYC-API #163), plus a README section with the magic-name table. - is_unscreened() is also True when summary.screeningErrors is set: KYC-API now routes a case whose sanctions list was NOT SEARCHED to review with screeningErrors=["sanctions"] and no summary.error, and the SDK must not call that screened.
