The Python SDK host-sdk identifier is a package/SDK name, not a repository name. Just as the TypeScript SDK uses the npm package name @inkcre/core, the Python SDK keeps its own identifier core-py. Repository renames do not require SDK identifier renames. This rolls back the host-sdk identifier changes from 564753a and 7b64b28 while preserving the repository-path renames (InKCre/core-py → InKCre/impl-py).
Add .changes/rename-repository-impl-py.changed.md for both core and cli projects to declare the delivered behavior change and satisfy the release intent check.
