Chore. Upgrades the Dev Container image.

Summary

The Dev Container image moves from 5.0.2-24-trixie to 5.2.2-24-trixie. That digest is the newest Node 24 trixie index that is at least 7 days old. 5.2.3-24-trixie is younger than the gate. The Node 24 lineage stays. Feature tags stay.

Changes

• Upgrade the Dev Container image from 5.0.2-24-trixie to 5.2.2-24-trixie and refresh the digest

Verification

• .devcontainer/devcontainer.json parses as JSON
• Docker is not available in this environment, so the image was not built

Test audit

• No tests added, changed, or deleted.
