Usage Guide

Follow these steps to generate and view a graph:

1. Prepare Input

• Obtain an output.json file from the LLM Linker.

2. Run Conversion

• Run the notebook Cytoscape.ipynb

This will generate a file called graph.html.

3. Open Graph

• Double-click graph.html (opens in browser).
• Explore the interactive argument graph.

4. Color Coding

• 🟢 Green nodes → premises supporting claims (pro).
• 🔴 Red nodes → premises attacking claims (con).
• ⚪ Gray nodes → unmatched premises (null).
• 🔵 Blue nodes → claims.

5. Requuirements

• Python 3.x
• Cytoscape.js (already embedded in graph.html)
• No internet needed after generation.
