docs: add one-click deploy button

Adds a one-click RepoCloud deployment button to the deploy section in README.md.

• Added RepoCloud deploy button inside the "Other ways to deploy" collapsible section alongside Railway and DigitalOcean

Thanks for this, but I'm going to pass. The Railway template and the DigitalOcean listing in that section are ones we maintain and test ourselves, so when the compose file changes or a new required variable shows up we update them the same day. From the RepoCloud page I can't tell which image it runs or how it sets JWT_SECRET, ENCRYPTION_KEY and NEXTAUTH_SECRET, and I'd rather not send people to a setup we can't keep in sync. If you want to be listed at some point, open an issue with the template config and we can look at it together.
