Via USB, reprogram both the primary C++ Project, as well as the microcontroller on the Motor Controller to transfer temperature, current, and error data

Completion Criteria

• Wait for the Electrical Team to develop a Brushless Motor controller
• Create a USB stack on the Brushless Motor controller
• Use Pipelines to transfer all information back and forth
• Think about an Emergency stop button
