Create a Working RPI image that combines all projects

Description
With the removal of ReactJS, we need to recompile all sources for maximum control, then remove anything unneeded, and reduce RPI speed for greater efficiency.

Completion Criteria

• Create basic boot environment (Running Linux Kernel, and Busybox)
• Create bootable image
• Create some sort of easy build system to create a reproducible image (with config files)
• Add documentation
