Follow-up typed-schema batch.
Migrates CronList (empty input), Brief (enum + array items), APICompat, AutoImport, ConflictResolver (enum), AppVerify (enum + 1-300 bounds) to Schema()+Parameters() with wire-shape parity tests. Execute parses via DecodeInput[T].
Verified locally: go vet, golangci-lint (0 issues), go test ./internal/tool/... .
