Split up the project into multiple projects #23

• ScriptIt (base project)
• ScriptIt-languages-lua (lua language support)
• ScriptIt-libraries-default (libraries and events)
• ScriptIt-API (Maybe?)

Preferably languages and libraries then would only need to depend on the api.
