docs(rack): buy 2U four-post rails for mjolnir, and retire two rows already on hand - #1201

…lready on hand The rails the UPS sits on now sag under it; hardware.md had already said it needs rear support. A 2U four-post pair rated above its weight joins Everything still to buy, Rack Solutions 2UKIT-109 named for its 10–31.75" range, 75 lb rating and 18-gauge steel, and the move runbook racks the UPS on them and leaves the old rails out. The short patch leads in the VLAN colours and the spare M6 cage nuts leave the table: the operator already has both. Eleven rows become ten, README follows. Refs #919. #1199 landed on main as a squash while this branch carried its commits in original form. Both roadmap and runbook conflicts were the UPS rail row from #1201 against nothing on main's side, kept. README's purchase count was re-set to ten: git took main's eleven because this branch's ten matched the merge base, and the table has ten rows. What changed
Docs only, no change to the running lab. A 2U four-post rail pair for
mjolnirjoins Everything still to buy: the rails the UPS sits on now sag under it, andhardware.mdhad already said it needs rear support. Rack Solutions 2UKIT-109 is named in the row for its 10–31.75" range, 75 lb rating and 18-gauge steel. Two bought rows leave: the short patch leads in the VLAN colours and the spare M6 cage nuts, which the operator already has. Eleven rows become ten and README's count follows.hardware.md's frame paragraph and U1–U2 row, and the move runbook's §0.1, its list of what moves over and its §6 row for the UPS, say the same: the old rails stay out. Changelog entry dated 2026-10-16.Stacked on #1200 (its base), which is stacked on #1199, so it shows only this change until those merge.
Why
Refs #919. The operator reported the UPS's present rails sagging on 2026-10-16 and that the patch leads and cage nuts are on hand. The roadmap's rule is that a purchase enters or leaves only through its table, in the same PR as the fact that changes it.
