[Bug] VM network speed is significantly lower than actual speed.

Description

The networking speed within the VM is terrible compared to outside the VM.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Deploy openspeedtest docker container
2. Run speedtest
3. Notice awful speed within the VM

Expected Behavior

Similar speed when networking inside/outside the VM

Actual Behavior

Inside networking speed is basically 10% of outside speed.
