test(cli-core): add unknown option remediation copy tests (#195)

Fixes #195

Summary of Changes

1. Added comprehensive unknown option remediation test suite in tests/unknown-option-remediation.test.ts covering root command and representative subcommands.
2. Verified consistent failure semantics across longform unknown options, shortform unknown options, typo suggestions, and value bearing flags.
3. Configured Commander exitOverride, showHelpAfterError, and showSuggestionAfterError on subcommands in src/commands/root.ts ensuring consistent validation exit codes.
4. Preserved existing valid command semantics for global help, version inspection, and subcommand help outputs.
5. Verified CLI binary error handling conforms to validation exit code 2 without leaking internal stack traces.

Testing

1. Vitest test suite tests/unknown-option-remediation.test.ts completed with 22 passed tests and zero failures.
2. Vitest execution across existing command test suites completed with 22 passed tests and zero failures.
3. npm run typecheck completed with zero TypeScript errors.
4. eslint verification completed with zero lint errors or warnings.
5. Prettier formatting validated across all modified source and test files.

Security

1. Unknown option remediation guidance does not reflect sensitive environment values or leak internal process memory.
2. Execution boundaries ensure graceful process exits with standard validation codes rather than unhandled exceptions.
