Replace the facsimile side rail with a drawer that can be opened, closed, and resized from the panel itself. The drawer now persists its open state and width in localStorage, removes the separate top-bar switch, and updates the page markup, CSS, and README to match the new behavior.

This PR introduces an ODD-driven TEI preview system that renders TEI files to standalone HTML pages, provides a facsimile viewer, and adds normalization utilities for search. It also includes Cardo font (with license) for accurate text rendering.
